Disco Lighting and Special Effects
Black light / $50
The black light will make all your white glow and is very popular in the dance party world.
Disco light – colourful, changes with music / $50
Get your party rockin’ with a few special features like a disco light that is stimulated by the beat of your music
Large Mirror ball – 50cm And spot light / *$70 Inclusive
This huge mirror ball will add the sparkle to your event. It can be teamed with a white spot of a revolving colour wheel spot.
Smoke machine / $50
This one is a real crowd pleaser. The smoke machine adds an night club atmosphere and enhances your other lighting effects.
Strobe light / $50
Strobe lighting is always fun. Get your guests doing the robot.
Event Management
Each event is vastly different from the one before so Stradbroke Island Events will quote on an individual basis dependent on your event size, location, staffing requirements, set up / pack down time involved and difficulty. Go to Packages to gain an overview of event costing.

Delivery
If you will be styling your own event but need your hired items delivered and picked up after wards allow $50 for each leg of the journey. Should your requirements be very simple there will be a minimum $50 delivery/pick up charge. As each event and each client’s requirements are entirely unique I will quote on a per event basis but this should give you a good guide.
All prices are subject to change without prior warning.
Once a quote has been accepted and a deposit made the pricing will remain fixed.
We require a 50% Deposit to hold your booking and will require the remaining 50% STRICTLY 10 days prior to your event.
Bonds will apply to equipment hire and self managed events. The bond will be calculated on an individual basis- based on level of risk involved. All bonds are refundable 7 days after all items are returned in good order.
Please be sure to keep checking the items for hire list, as it will be added to on a regular basis.
Items in blue will attract an 80% donation to a community based youth group called Youthlink.
Youthlink creates opportunities for isolated island youth to participate in sporting, cultural and educational experiences that they would not normally have access to.
*Items with an asterix cannot be self-managed.
