Event Management

Each event is vastly different from the one before so Stradbroke Island Events will quote on an individual basis dependent on your event size, location, staffing requirements, set up / pack down time involved and difficulty. Please make an enquiry if you wish to find out more about our services and pricing or check out our packages.

Delivery

Delivery fees start from $75 per one way and will be quoted accordingly to the amount of hired gear. We do not stand to make any money on delivery fees and base this cost on location of delivery, number of hands needed to deliver accordingly and amount of gear hired.

All prices are subject to change without prior warning.

Once a quote has been accepted and a deposit made the pricing will remain fixed.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE
The hiring of equipment is done on a first to book basis. Your booking is not confirmed until a minimum 25% deposit has been received and the client contract signed, dated and returned to Stradbroke Island Events acknowledging the acceptance of the terms and conditions.

We require a 25% Deposit to hold your booking and will require the remaining be paid in no more than 3 instalments, with the final payment made no later than 30 days prior to the event. In the case where the event falls within 30 days, full payment is required.

Security Bonds will apply to all equipment hire and will be quoted on a case by case basis starting from $100.

Please be sure to keep checking the items for hire list, as it will be added to on a regular basis.

*Items with an asterix cannot be self-managed.
